When you create an account online with Lok-Safe for the first time you’ll be prompted to enter a gate access code (or last seven digits of phone number) and a unit number.
In the “Gate Access Code” field, simply enter the last seven digits of the phone number you’ve provided us. Do not enter your area code or hyphens while typing this in.
The phone number 920-497-1755 would be entered as 4971755
In the “Unit Number” field you’ll need to enter the five digit code found on your rental agreement. This five digit code is a descriptor for the property location you’re renting at, the building letter your unit is located, and finally the door number of your rental space.
The first digit describes which property address your storage space rental is located.
