        Only problem I experienced over a 12 year rental was notifications when rental fees were changing. They would send a notification three to six months in advance but no reminder, then was charged a late fee because I didn't pay the correct amount. Just a reminder a week before the change would be appreciated as a customer. Otherwise, I enjoyed doing business with Lok-Safe.

        Since this is my first time using Lok-Safe storage and not knowing the "ins and outs" of opening and closing the door-thus said, I couldn't get the key back out from the lock. Overwhelmed by this situation, called the company for help. No problem, the friendly maintenance man came within minutes to help me. Would recommend Lok-Safe, not only for their clean units but the friendly and caring employees.
