If a space is available a "rent now" button will appear next to the space and you can rent the space immediately.  Once the rental is setup you can move into the space right away.  You can have your rental setup in less than five minutes.

All space rentals are effective the day they are setup.  We do not reserve units for future dates.  

*Leases are for a minimum two months, then renew automatically on a calendar month-to-month basis until a notice to vacate is given.  The first month is pro-rated for the remaining days of the month and a refundable security deposit, equal to one month's rent, is required to setup rental.
